HRA003009 (Controlled Access) | Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most common and currently incurable brain tumor. Despite the widely described heterogeneity of GBM, clinical therapy targeting different subtypes is deficient. Here, to characterize the drug responses of GBM with different subtypes, we generated a collection of patient-derived glioma cell lines (PDGCs), which retained the transcriptomic and genomic heterogeneity of their parental tissues. |
