Despite the widely described heterogeneity of GBM, clinical therapy targeting different subtypes is deficient. Here, to characterize the drug responses of GBM with different subtypes, we generated a collection of patient-derived glioma cell lines (PDGCs), which retained the transcriptomic and genomic heterogeneity of their parental tissues. |
