Hepatoblastoma is the most common pediatric liver malignancy. At present, the incidence of hepatoblastoma is increasing year by year, and the prognosis is poor. Therefore, it is of great significance to further understand the molecular mechanism of its occurrence. We used whole exome sequencing technology to analyze hepatoblastoma, predict the interaction between tumor and non-tumor cells, explore the cell proportion before and after chemotherapy and its relationship with early clinical diagnosis and prognosis, and try to establish a comprehensive index evaluation system. It provides a new vision and breakthrough point for the early diagnosis, intervention strategy, and prevention mode of disease. |
