Gastric cancer is one of the common malignant tumors of digestive tract. It is necessary to take tissue by gastroscope for pathological examination. However, this method is invasive and depends on the experience of endoscopy doctors, so it is not convenient to promote it as a means of screening. Blood sampling to detect tumor biomarkers in blood is a simple and quick way to diagnose disease, but there is a lack of sensitive biomarkers for the diagnosis of gastric cancer in clinical practice. We hope to detect ncRNA molecules in blood to find sensitive diagnostic biomarkers for gastric cancer. In addition, we will explore the role of these biomarkers in the genesis and development of gastric cancer. |
