| HRA004899 (Controlled Access) | Studies of intratumoral subtype heterogeneity have proposed essential insights into tumor biological mechanisms. To generate the transcriptional profiles of tumor cells in the GBM micro-environment, we harvested freshly resected tumor tissues from 7 GBM patients and performed scRNA-seq using a droplet-based approach (10X Genomics). |
