Pituitary neuroendocrine tumors (PitNETs) are a common type of pituitary gland neoplasm characterized by various transcription factors. While the involvement of immune cells in the PitNETs is well recognized, the specific immune landscape and its regulation of tumor cells remain poorly understood. In this study, we utilized single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data from 23 PitNET samples representing three main lineages to investigate tumor heterogeneity and immune cell composition across different lineages. |
