The main reason for treatment failure of serous ovarian cancer is due to the heterogeneity of its complex tumor microenvironment(TME). We collected samples of normal ovarian and gynecological benign tumor patients' peritoneal lavage fluid, early serous ovarian cancer patients' primary lesion and peritoneal lavage fluid, and ovarian cancer primary lesion, ascites, and metastatic lesion of advanced serous ovarian cancer patients who had abdominal metastasis for single-cell sequencing analysis. We established a cellular map of the TME for advanced serous ovarian cancer metastasis. And we use methods of bioinformatics to explore the heterogeneity of cell types and cell functions within the TME, and further describe the specific changes and mechanisms of the TME in the process of ovarian cancer metastasis and development, and conduct relevant experimental verification. The results will provide new ideas and a solid foundation for personalized and precise treatment of ovarian cancer metastasis. |
