The lateral wall of the V-SVZ and the dorsal cerebral cortical tissue of Nestin-creERT2;Ai9-tdTomato mice were harvested from 5 injured or sham mice at 4 and 14 days following brain needlestick wound. Dissected tissues were minced into small pieces and digested with papain solution. TdTomato+ cells were sorted by MoFlo XDP for 10x Single-cell RNA-Seq. |
