The young leaveswere collected from 21-day-old single-living Avena longiglumis seedling (Germplasm Resources Information Network of US Department of Agriculture at Beltsville; Accession PI 657387, Morocco ) cultivated in South China Botanical Garden Greenhouse (Temperature: 25/18°C, day length 16/8 h, light intensity 150 umol/m2/s). The extracted genomic DNA was quantified using Qubit (Life Technologies, Carlsbad, USA). The high-quality DNA was used forfurther Illumina, Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) and Hi-C sequencing. |
