| Description |
A. mongolicus seeds were collected in Bayanhot, Inner Mongolia, China, from July 2015 to July 2019. Sterilized seeds were germinated on agar plates supplemented with half-strength Murashige and Skoog medium (20 seeds/Petri dish, 10 cm x 25 mm) in the dark at 28 °C for two days. Geminated seedlings were transferred into Erlenmeyer flasks with 1/2 MS agar and grown in the dark for 7 days. |
