Immunotherapy has garnered remarkable success in the treatment of cervical cancer patients. To further augment its effectiveness, it is crucial to elucidate the tumor microenvironment altered by this therapeutic approach. In this project, we gathered single-cell and TCR sequencing data from cervical cancer patients both prior to and following the administration of neoadjuvant immunotherapy. Our aim is to dissect the intricate cell subsets and the consequential microenvironmental shifts that are pivotal in determining the prognosis of immunotherapy. |
