Herpes simplex virus type 1(HSV-1) is the most common cause of primary and recurrent keratitis. In many developed countries, the incidence of herpes simplex keratitisis on the rise and is the leading cause of ocular blindness. Approximately 67% of the global population under the age of 50 is infected with HSV-1, a widespread pathogen that has a significant impact on the human body and is responsible for the vast majority of human ocular herpes virus infections.Coding RNA is closely related to various biological reaction processes and disease states. In this study, through systematically and prospectively collecting disease corneas for transcriptome sequencing, we analyzed and studied the pathogenesis of HSK, a blining-causing eye disease, and explored potential diagnostic markers. |
