To study the cellular and molecular mechanisms that Securinine regulates ovarian cells, we used 10-month-old aged female mice with which their left or right ovaries were injected with 20 ul 1mM Securinine (in 10 mg/ml hyaluronic acid) or an equal volume of carrier as a control, respectively. Following this, a 10x Genomics single-cell atlas was performed on the ovaries 2 days after the intra-ovarian injection . |
