| Description | The sampled Buxus austro-yunnanesis individual was planted in the Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden under the accession number of 0020010744, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Mengla 666303, Yunnan, China. The fresh leaves were collected and immediately stored in liquid nitrogen, and sent to Grandomics (Wuhan, China) for genomic sequencing. The CTAB method was used for total genomic DNA extraction and purified with QIAGEN Genomic kit (Cat#13343, QIAGEN). | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
