描述信息 Human T cells were isolated from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of healthy donors, activated with CD3/CD28 beads, and then transduced with a CD19 CAR construct. Five days later, the CAR T cells were treated with DMSO for 48 hours. The CAR T cells were then washed and co-cultured with Nalm6 cells at a 1:1 ratio for an additional 48 hours. Subsequently, CD19 CAR live cells were sorted and subjected to single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq).
