Cells were cultured in RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS) at 37 C in a humidified incubator with 5% CO2 and transduced with the empty pLVX-IRES-Puro lentiviral vector at a multiplicity of infection (MOI) of 10 as the control. |
