| 描述信息 | Whole blood samples were collected from acute myocardial infarction patients in EDTA-K2 anticoagulant tubes and stored at -80°C. Genomic DNA was extracted from 200 µl of whole blood using the QIAamp DNA Blood Mini Kit (Qiagen), treated with Proteinase K and RNase, eluted in 50 µl of nuclease-free water, and quantified with the Qubit dsDNA HS Assay Kit. Genomic DNA was used for targeted next-generation sequencing. |
