GWH – Genome Warehouse

The Genome Warehouse (GWH; https://ngdc.cncb.ac.cn/gwh) is a public resource archiving genome-scale data of a wide range of species. GWH accepts worldwide submissions of genome assemblies and incorporates detailed descriptive information for each assembly. It offers standardized quality control for genome assembly and equips with a genome browser for genome visualization. Currently, the rapid growth of genome-scale data submissions demonstrates the great potential of GWH as an important resource for accelerating the worldwide genomic research.
