PRJNA591805: Transcriptional trajectories of anther development provide candidates for engineering male fertility in sorghum.
概要 : We report transcriptome profiling from three developing stages of anthers in sorghum. Sequencing of nine libraries (three replicates from each stage) yielded >1.12 billion paired-end reads. A total of 31871 known genes expressed in all three replicates of at least one anther stage.
