概要: To delineate the in situ immune responses to SARS-CoV-2 viral infection, we performed comprehensive immune profiling in COVID-19 decedents. In this study, we described the immune microenvironment of COVID-19 patients through transcriptome sequencing.

All samples are taken from autopsy specimens, and then bulk RNA is directly extracted for sequencing

RNA electrophoresis was extracted from FFPE samples, 200-500bp fragments were recovered, PCR amplified and recovered fragments were constructed to construct a sequencing library.

The sequencing library construction and sequencing reaction used Illumina's standard procedures (Illumina, USA), and the library size 300bp, the sequencing strategy is PE150.
