To capture the gene expressions at single-cell resolution, single-cell sequencing was performed, and a total of 70538 cells were acquired from 4 biliary atresia patients and 3 normal controls.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
The committee of Fudan Biliary atresia Research are responsible for data release to external requestors based on consent and/or National Research Ethics terms.
