Biliary Atresia is a severe cholangiopathy mediated by extrahepatic bile duct obstruction, causing pathological jaundice and liver failure in early infancy. Using single-cell RNA sequencing, we revealed immune pathogenic pathways that promote liver failure in infants.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
