Single cell RNA-seq and WES data of pulmonary subsolid nodules

Lung adenocarcinomas (LUADs) that radiologically display as subsolid nodules (SSNs) are commonly considered as the early stage of LUAD and exhibit more indolent biological behavior than solid LUADs. 16 SSN samples from treatment-naive patients are collected and subjected to single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to decode their transcriptomic features and tumor microenvironment.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
