Hybrid capture-based sequencing of SAR-CoV-2 from fecal samples
Release date:
2020-08-01
Description:
We performed hybrid capture-based sequencing on 18 fecal samples with one round of hybridization (E1) and nine samples (one sample from each child) with two rounds of hybridization (E2).
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
We performed direct metatranscriptomic sequencing on hybrid capture-based sequencing on 18 samples with one round of hybridization (E1) and nine samples (one sample from each child) with two rounds of hybridization (E2).
