Here, we carried out single cell RNA-seq using a high-throughput 10* Genomics and profiled the transcriptome of 61296 MSCs from 3 bone marrow-derived MSCs (BMMSCs) and 3 Wharton jelly-derived MSCs (WJMSCs), two of the essential sources of MSCs from adult and neonatal tissues respectively
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
