Down-regulated FOXO1 in refractory/relapse childhood B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia
Release date:
2020-09-01
Description:
This study describes a novel gene fusion of MEIS1-FOXO1 in a case of pediatric B-ALL with induction failure. In addition, association between reduced FOXO1 transcription levels and B-ALL risk-stratification and relapse indicates that FOXO1 might be a potential prediction marker for B-ALL risk stratification.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
