An immune risk score predicts survival of patients with acute myeloid leukemia receiving chemotherapy
Release date:
2020-11-06
Description:
We evaluated the predictive accuracy of several in silico algorithms for immune composition in AML bone marrow cells based on a reference of multi-parameter flow cytometry in a real-word cohort (25 AML patients). CIBERSORTx was chosen to enumerate immune cells from public AML datasets and develop an immune risk score for survival in a training cohort with the least absolute shrinkage and selection operato Cox regression model. The model was then validated in the training and 4 external validation cohorts.
Note: HTTP download speed may be slow. It is highly recommended that you download the dataset using a dedicated FTP tool (such as FileZilla Client) or Asepra Command Line.
