Description:
The goal of this study is to figure out the molecular pathogenesis of rosacea by comparing rosacea skin lesion transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) to that of healthy individual skin.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
