Genetic characterization of papillary thyroid cancer and the derived organoids

Description:
To assess whether papillary thyroid cancer (PTC) organoids faithfully recapitulate the genomic profiles of the parental tumors, we subjected DNA from 11 PTC organoid lines and 8 parental tumors to whole-exome sequencing. The corresponding patients' normal blood were also sequenced and used as a reference.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
