Transcriptome raw data of 4-hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase-like protein (HPDL) overexpressed cells
Release date:
2020-11-02
Description:
4-hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase-like protein (HPDL) is mitochondrial protein. To have a general understand of HPDL, exogenous HPDL was overexpressed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma cell line PaTu 8988t and RNA-seq was performed using RNA extracted from the cells.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
Prof. Hezhi Fang, Wenzhou Medical University, Department of Cell Biology and Medical Genetics, School of Laboratory Medicine and Life Science. This Data Access Committee (DAC) is responsible for the data generated from Hezhi Fang's research group.
