Potent Neutralizing Antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 identified by High-throughout Single-Cell Sequencing of Convalescent Patients' B Cells
Release date:
2020-12-13
Description:
Neutralizing antibodies, which could effectively block virus entry into host cells, are urgently needed for intervention against COVID-19. Using high-throughout single-cell RNA sequencing, we identified hundreds of potent neutralizing antibodies from sixty convalescent patients' B cells.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
