Profiling of human small bowel adenocarcinoma using single-cell RNA-seq
Release date:
2022-11-28
Description:
Small bowel adenocarcinoma is a type of rare malignant gastrointestinal tumors with a poor prognosis. To reveal molecular characteristics of malignant cells and microenvironment features of small bowel adenocarcinoma, we performed single-cell RNA-seq to analyze 48238 cells from tumor and adjacent normal tissues from 12 patients, which contain 6 duodenal cancer patients, 4 jejunal cancer patients and 2 ileal cancer patients. For 6 of these patients, we also adopted bulk whole exome sequencing to identity somatic mutations which may promote tumor progression and invasion.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
