Single cell analysis of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis lesion microenvironment reveals immunosuppressive and lesion metastasis-facilitating statuses
Release date:
2021-01-12
Description:
Human alveolar echinococcosis (AE), caused by infection with the small cyclophyllid tapeworm Echinococcus multilocularis. However, immune cell infiltration and their functional status in AE lesion microenvironment (LME) still remain unknown. This work has revealed an initial immune landscape of AE-LME at single-cell level, and provided a conceptualized framework for the discovery of rational therapeutic targets in hepatic AE.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
