Single-cell epigenomic landscape of peripheral immune cells reveals establishment of trained immunity in individuals convalescing from COVID-19
Release date:
2021-07-16
Description:
Here, we applied assay of single-cell transposase-accessible chromatin with sequencing (scATAC-seq) to analyze chromatin remodeling in the peripheral immune cells of matched and uninfected healthy donors and convalescent COVID-19 individuals who were recovered for 4-12 weeks from moderate or severe COVID-19 (referred to as COV-M and COV-S). This approach of 10x-based scATAC-seq enables the production of high-quality single-cell accessible chromatin profiles at massive scale across all major immune cell types in PBMCs
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
