To determine the presence of potential m6A modification sites in the EBV epitranscriptome, we performed methylated RNA immunoprecipitation and sequencing on one non-tumor nasopharyngeal biopsy, two primary NPC biopsies, and two NPC patient-derived xenograft (PDX) tissues.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
