Transcriptome analysis of 293T cells expressing NSP3 proteins of SARS-CoVs

Description:
To investigate the molecular changes after the expression of NSP3 in host cells, plasmids expressing NSP3 proteins of SARS-CoV-1 and SRAS-CoV-2 were transfected into 293T cells. After 48 hours, the cells were used for RNA sequencing by Illumina NovaSeq platform.
