We integrated six histone marks (H3K4me1, H3K4me3, H3K9me3, H3K36me3, H3K27me3 and H3K27ac), whole genome methylation, transcriptome and chromatin accessibility data of normal prostate samples to depict a complete and comprehensive epigenomic mapping of normal prostate tissue.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
You need to install the Aspera Connect plugin before uploading your files. If you dont have Aspera Connect plugin installed in your computer, please Download Aspera Connectand install it first.
