single cell BCR/TCR sequencing data of 9 pairs of PBMC and breast cancer
Release date:
2021-02-25
Description:
To gain mechanistic insights into the origin and dynamics of tumor infiltrated immune cells, especially B lymphocytes, we combined single cell RNA-sequencing and antigen receptor lineage analysis to characterize a large number of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) infiltrated immune cells.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
The datasets are under controlled access, and Breast Cancer Zhangyu Lab determines access permissions. Applicants who want to obtain the datasets need to submit a formal application through the institutional email and acknowledge that the intellectual property of this data belongs to the data submitter (National Institute of Biological Sciences).
