Multi-omics datasets for finer-scale dissection of chromatin architecture alterations in radiation induced malignant transformation of bronchial epithelial cells
Release date:
2021-03-02
Description:
The three-dimensional (3D) chromatin architecture orchestrates the interplay between cis-regulatory elements and their target genes. Alterations in the higher-order chromatin structure disrupt the regulatory circuit in the process of tumorigenesis. Yet the specific mediators of chromatin architecture alteration and their functional impacts in tumorigenesis remains unclear. Here, we generated ATAC-seq, RNA-seq and high-resolution Hi-C datasets for finer-scale dissection of chromatin architecture alterations in radiation induced malignant transformation of bronchial epithelial cells.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
