Immune microenvironment of venous metastases in hepatocellular carcinoma

Portal vein tumor thrombus (PVTT) was the symbol of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). PVTT severely worsen the prognosis by intrahepatic dissemination and portal vein hypertension. The immune characteristic of PVTT remain unclear. This study aims to explore the landscape of immune microenvironment in PVTT.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
