Description:
To uncover the mechanism underlying the effect of pentamidine on prostate cancer cells, we performed RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) to compare the transcriptional difference between pentamidine- and vehicle-treated prostate cancer cells PC3.

[path/to/key/file] must be an absolute path, e.g.: /home/keys/aspera.openssh
[path/to/folder/containing/files] needs to specify the local folder that contains all the files to upload.
