Title:
Transcriptomics of PAs
Release date:
2021-06-23
Description:
Tumor stiffness has gradually become the most important factor that affects the surgical resection rate in pituitary adenomas. We performed integrated multi-omic analyses to achieve a better understanding of the underlying mechanisms of tumor stiffness and to explore novel medications to transfer the stiff tumors into soft ones. A total of 22 samples, including 11 soft and 11 stiff pituitary adenomas, were enrolled for transcriptomic profiling analysis.
