Multi-region sequencing depicts intratumour heterogeneity and clonal evolution in cervical cancer

We applied multi-region whole-exome sequencing to 20 tumoral specimens of cervical cancer and relevant normal adjacent tissues from 5 patients. Our study provides insights into the relationship between HPV infection and tumor heterogeneity.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
