We conducted the single-cell transcriptomic and T cell receptor (TCR) analysis of oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC), oral precancerous lesion(OPL) and the adjacent normal tissues, to systematically depict the dynamical evolution of the microenvironment from the normal tissue to the OSCC.
