Ribosomal DNA methylation patterns of plasma cell-free DNA for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients versus liver cirrhosis patients

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients (n = 12) were recruited from the Fifth Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital. Patients with liver cirrhosis (n=7) were also recruited as controls. Cell-free DNA were extracted from blood and then performed with WGBS. Ribosomal DNA methylation changes achieved 96% AUC in distinguishing HCC and cirrhosis
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
