Cancer of unknown primary (CUP), in which metastatic diseases exist without an identifiable primary location, accounting for about 3-5% of all cancer diagnoses. It is still difficult to successfully diagnose and treat such patients. This scientific research is dedicated to assessing the expression characteristics of 90 genes at the level of defining primary sites for CUP samples
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
