Human Adenovirus Type 7 Infections in Hubei, China during 2018-2019

Human adenoviruses (HAdVs) type 7 can cause severe respiratory disease. During December 2018-August 2019, HADV-7 infection was identified in 129 patients in Wuhan Children's Hospital, Hubei Province, China. To show the evolutionary characteristics of HAdVs, samples were sequenced by the mNGS.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
