Transcriptome and DNA methylome analysis of peripheral blood samples reveals incomplete restoration after 3-month recovery of COVID-19
Release date:
2022-01-19
Description:
In this study, we collected peripheral blood samples from recovered COVID-19 patients 3-month after discharge, carried out RNA-seq and whole-genome bisulfite sequencing (WGBS). We found that expression and DNA methylation of genes and transposable Elements (TEs) still have significant changes.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
