A genomic mutated spectrum of collecting duct carcinoma in Chinese population

Description:
We performed a deep whole exome sequencing of 10 paired CDC patient tumour tissues that matched normal kidney tissues to improve understanding of genomic profile of Chinese population patients with CDC.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
