A novel NMD inhibitor synergizes with MDM2 inhibitor XR-2 in TP53 wild-type solid tumor models
Release date:
2021-10-18
Description:
This study found that a novel NMD inhibitor, SMG1i could synergize with MDM2 inhibitor XR-2 in TP53 wild-type solid tumor models. The combination of these two agents could increase cell apoptosis, damage cell viability, arrest cell cycle synergistically.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
